prize for the 25th Annual Lantern Festival in 1990
- received intensive training from Smt and Sri Hariharan
(Chennai, Kalakshetra graduates and Disciples of The Dhananjayans)
- studied Kuchipudi under Smt Rajeshri Muralidhar,
Disciple of Sri Vempatti Chinna Sathyam
- participated in almost all
Kuchipudi productions notably "Chandalika" "Srinivasa
Kalyanam" "Annamachariya" "Siddhartha" and
Annual students' Show
- was an active participant in the Indian Cultural
Activities Club at Tanjong Katong Girls' Secondary School and Nanyang
Junior College.
- took part in Inter school competitions and won championship
trophy for dance competition with original choreography
- in September 003 performed a solo recital at Bharathiya
Vidya Bhavan, Chennai India entitled Shanmargam, choreographed by
Smt Pramila Hariharan and Sri Hariharan
- in February 2004 performed in the Natyanjali Festival
in Chidambaram under the training of Sri Hariharan, Chennai.
- learnt Carnatic music under Radha Kumar
- Grade 7 Diploma holder in Piano from ABRSM.
