- began her training in music under Smt. Bhagya Murthy;
then had structured training under several teachers and graduated
with a diploma in music at Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society
- obtained a certificate in dance under Ms Shantha
Ponnudurai.
- also currently pursuing her training in violin.
- took masterclasses from Mrs Gowri Gokul and is presently
under the tutelage of Mrs Charumathi Ramachandran.
- as a member of the Singapore Indian Orchestra and
Choir, has performed in Malaysia and Hongkong and in the Singapore
Arts Festival many times
- won Outstanding Achievement Award for Debating in
2000 and 2001
- will be pursuing majors in Political Science and
Musicology at Vassar College in New York under a scholarship programme
from August 2002
